Volt X: Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Volt X ("the App", "we") handles information when you use it on your mobile device. The App is made by Rock and Paper Studios, a studio of Tizzy Corps.
Information we collect
The App has no account system and never asks for your name, email address, contacts, location or files. Your game progress is stored only on your device. The third-party services described below automatically collect some device and usage data when you play.
Analytics and install measurement
To understand how the game is played and to measure our marketing, the App uses these services:

- Meta SDK (app events and ad measurement for Facebook and Instagram ads): facebook.com/privacy/policy
These services may collect device identifiers (such as the Android Advertising ID), IP address and an approximate location worked out from it, device information (model, operating system, language), how you came to install the App, and gameplay events such as sessions, levels started and levels finished. This data is shared with our publishing partner Voodoo (voodoo.io/privacy), which uses it to measure how the game performs. It is not used to identify you by name.
Where the law requires your consent, the App asks for it when you first play, and these services follow your choice.
Advertising
The App shows advertisements through Google AdMob, an advertising service provided by Google LLC. To serve and measure ads, Google may automatically collect and process some data from your device, which can include:
- Device identifiers, such as the Android Advertising ID
- IP address, and an approximate location worked out from it
- Device information, such as the model, operating system version and language
- Ad interaction data, such as impressions, clicks and viewing time
Google collects and processes this data under its own policies. We do not receive or store it ourselves. To learn more:

Your advertising choices
- You can reset your Advertising ID or opt out of ad personalisation at any time in your device settings (Settings, then Google, then Ads, or Settings, then Privacy, then Ads, depending on your device).
- Players in the European Economic Area, the UK and other regions with consent rules may be shown a consent form. Your ad experience follows the choices you make there.
Your saved game
Your level, progress and coins are saved only on your device, inside the App's own storage. They are never uploaded to us. Uninstalling the App, or clearing its data in your device settings, deletes them.
Children
The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal data through a third-party service used by the App, please contact us and we will help.
Data security and retention
We do not run our own servers for the App and keep no personal data ourselves. Data collected by the services above is encrypted in transit and kept and secured under each provider's policy linked above.
Deleting your data
See how to have your data deleted. In short: email us your Android Advertising ID and we will ask each service above to delete the data linked to it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted at this address with a new "Last updated" date.
