Our games (Volt X and Danfo Simulator) have no accounts and never ask for
your name or email. We keep no personal data on our own servers. Some third-party services in our games (advertising,
analytics and install measurement, listed in each game's privacy policy) collect data linked to your device's Advertising
ID.
To have your data deleted: email info.tizzyjoe@gmail.com
with the subject "Data deletion request", the name of the game, and your Android Advertising ID. We will ask each service
used by that game to delete the data linked to that ID, and reply to confirm within 30 days.
What is deleted, and what is kept
Deleted: all data linked to your Advertising ID held by the services in that game (for Volt X: Google
AdMob, GameAnalytics, Adjust, Meta and our publishing partner Voodoo). That covers device identifiers, approximate
location, gameplay events (sessions, levels played) and app diagnostics.
Kept: nothing by us, since we hold no personal data. The services may keep anonymised, aggregated
statistics that can no longer identify you, and records they must keep by law, for the periods set out in their own
privacy policies.
Timing: we pass your request on within 7 days, and confirm to you once each service has handled it,
within 30 days of your email.
Finding your Advertising ID
On most Android phones: open Settings, then Google, then Ads. Your
Advertising ID is shown there. The menu names can differ slightly between phone makers.
Things you can do yourself right away
Delete your Advertising ID (or reset it) in the same Ads menu. Data already collected can then no longer
be linked to your phone.
Delete your saved game: uninstall the game, or clear its storage in your phone's app settings. Game
progress is only stored on your device.
